Nothing says Fourth of July weekend like ribs! We do ours a little different but I’m here to say that these are requested by BBQ lovers. So here is the recipe….
Pull membrane off ribs and then season with your favorite rub, we use a pork rub.
Place into Ziploc bags with a dash of liquid smoke.
Remove air and cook at 175 and cook for 12 hours. These can be grilled right away or once the 12 hours is up refrigerate until ready to serve. You are grilling to get color. Brush your favorite BBQ sauce on them while grilling and serve.successful BBQ! Happy weekend everyone
